  • Ecommerce automation and order optimization
  • Field operations management for contractors
  • Appointment intelligence and scheduling systems

Services are delivered through integrations with GoHighLevel and other third-party platforms as needed.

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you may be required to create an account or access a subaccount through GoHighLevel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. AGENT28 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

Service fees are determined based on the scope of services requested and agreed upon in writing. All fees are due as specified in your service agreement.

4.2 Refunds

Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, services are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content, software, designs, and materials provided by AGENT28 remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as intended.

5.2 Client Data

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you provide to us. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

7. Service Availability and Uptime

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary service disruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGENT28 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AGENT28 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Calendly, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
